Simply use a soft sponge, warm water and a bit of natural soap. After cleaning, wipe your board and let it dry upright, on its long edge.
As soon as the surface looks lighter, drier or rougher, apply a thin layer of balm or oil. On average, monthly care is enough to keep the wood shiny and supple, depending on how often you use it.
