Why choose a cutting board in end-grain wood?
More than a mere accessory, an end-grain cutting board is a chef's tool: stable, safe and long-lasting. Handcrafted from local wood species, each piece is unique and preserves the edge of your knives better while offering a healthy surface that is simple to maintain (warm water, drying upright, plant-based balm). A durable and eco-friendly investment for a kitchen that is both beautiful… and efficient.
Respect of knives
The vertical fibers "close up," less blade wear.
Longevity & robustness
More resistant surface to marks and crushing.
Natural hygiene
Capillarity & easy maintenance, healthy surface daily.
Living aesthetics
Checkerboards, contrasting local species (oak, beech, walnut, etc.).
