After selection, the wood is precisely cut to the defined dimensions and shapes. Each element is then carefully assembled and glued to ensure strength and stability. This step gives shape to the piece's structure, ensuring perfect alignment and long-lasting hold.

Once the various assemblies and gluings are complete, the piece is carefully sanded to reveal all the beauty of the wood and achieve a perfectly smooth surface.

To deeply nourish the wood and reveal the full richness of its grain, I immerse the board in a bath of vegetable oil. This step provides long-lasting protection against moisture, stains and daily wear, while preserving the natural, warm appearance of the material. After drying, I apply my warm wood balm to ensure optimal penetration and enhanced protection.
